Software Engineer


Job and Interview site: Scottsdale, AZ.  40hours/week

Duties:

Develops, maintains and documents software for a wide range of areas so the ability to work on multiple product sets is critical.  Will participate in the design process may take a lead role in that process.  May assist in the software support through code level problem review and analysis. Expected to be a part of the testing process through test review and analysis. Expected to take ownership, maintain awareness of new and related technologies, and lead change where necessary to ensure product leadership.

Requires:

  • Bachelor's degree or comparative work experience
  • Strong Java, SQL, XML
  • Linux/UNIX
  • Understanding of networking and socket communication
  • Coursework or Experience must include:
  • Advanced software development, troubleshooting, unit testing and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to formulate and communicate abstract technical concepts
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Detailed understanding of the integration between servers, applications and networks
  • Ability to write functional specifications and verification scripts against detailed product development requirements
  • Show effective time management, planning skills and be able to communicate project status on all assignments
  • Have a friendly out-going attitude with a "can do" approach to getting things done

Training Sepcialist

Duties:
End User Training.
Working directly with clients and the Customer Care team properly train our Intelligent Service and Intelligent Device Management application.

Requires:

  • Bachelor's degree or comparative work experience
  • Prior end-user training experience.
  • General office equipment industry knowledge and experience
  • Understanding of networking and remote communication
  • Coursework or Experience must include:
  • Software and network testing and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to formulate and communicate abstract technical concepts to novice end-users
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Understanding of the integration between servers, applications, wireless devices and networks

Field Application Engineer

Job and Interview site: Scottsdale, AZ.  40hours/week

Duties:

Ability to work with & understand the framework of copiers and printers under different brands and models.  Be responsible for supporting enterprise application by using user interface to do setup and updates.  Must be willing and able to learn new technologies quickly through self – learning.  Have excellent technical skills and a desire to learn, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and be objective, with attention to detail.  Passionate about copier machine, technology advancement and getting the job done.  Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requires:

  • MS in computer science/electronics, electrical/ electronics with preferably 2-5 years of experience in the Copier
  • Industry. Experience & knowledge in Windows application like Wins98/ME/XP & Vista and MAC OSX

Coursework or Experience must include:

  • Thorough understanding of standard engineering theories.
  • Understanding of standard concepts, principles, and techniques.
  • Experience in CPLD programming and design desired.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

 

Customer Care Support Technician

Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Classification: Full-time with benefits

Description:

We run a help desk / triage / customer contact function. Our customers have a highly technical server connected to one of several ERP’s. Customer Care has, for the most part, provided the server and licensing as well we maintain the equipment and our field service application ( MWAi IS). ‘ IS’ interfaces with the ERP’s and PDA’s in the field with service technicians. We have thousands of techs in the field automated with our application and hundreds of servers. This position ensures our customers are satisfied on a day to day basis.
