With the recent spin-off of MWA Intelligence, Inc., from Electronics For Imaging, Inc. (EFI), a new company was established. MWA Intelligence celebrates its formation on June 1st, 2006, but it has over a 15+ year history as Automated Dispatch Systems, Inc. (ADS) and then EFI MWA. MWA Intelligence combines technologies, intellectual property and expertise borne from more than a decade of experience providing end-to-end service management solutions in the office equipment and utilities industries. The backbone of the MWA Intelligence solution set includes proprietary hardware and software from a variety of existing and former companies, including ADS and EFI.
